ASCENSION PREPARATION

Hello Dear Ones. You have entered a time of great importance as the planet shifts and moves about its energy, transforming and preparing all with the Light that is permeating through the veils that hold all of you preparing for Ascension.
It is important at this time that you begin to prepare yourself for the Ascension. It is important for you to clear the energy, your energy fields. Releasing the fears, doubts, and negative thought patterns that hold you in the consciousness that you are now. Begin by releasing the fears. What is to fear dear ones? You did not come here to experience fear. You came here to experience love and harmony, and fear is a denser energy transposing itself into creating an illusion that brings about the fears and doubts, the denser energies that create this veil of illusion.
What would life be like Dear Ones, with no fear? This is where we are Ascending to. This space, this frequency held in this dimension where the souls who have prepared, and have done their work are shifting.
Dear Ones could this be so simple as to create our own heaven on earth? Could it be that we need to find peace within ourselves and find happiness within the choices that we make and create? We create our reality. We make the choices that create that reality, and within these illusions how is it that you feel?
Are you experiencing pure joy and happiness? If you are not, this is not the space that has been prepared. Look around you and look for the joy in everything you see and feel. If you sense a denser energy you have the ability to transmute that energy and create a higher frequency. One must telepathically transport the energy of love into that thing, thought, or energy that you are looking to transform.
It is not impossible dear ones. Many are creating this and have created this already. You will recognize them when you walk down the street, because you will feel their energy and you will know that they are experiencing the bliss and that they are in the place that they are to be. Are you? Have you made the choices? Are you experiencing joy and love beyond your imagination?
Prepare yourselves dear ones, because this is what you will be experiencing. It would be in your best interests to begin to prepare your bodies, start ingesting higher energy foods, drinks lots of live water; and when I say live that means direct from the source, Alive! Not from a bottle that has been sitting in a refrigerator or sitting some place for hours that water is dead. It is water that you drink that is hydrogen infused or directly from the source. This contains live organisms, hydrates live cells and activates new DNA that permeates throughout your body, to maintain its molecular structure and help the DNA to incorporate into your body. Your body needs assistance with the right high frequency foods and much, much water.
Perhaps, as you go along different choices will be made, and it is not expected that this can be done overnight. What we ask of you is to be conscious, to be mindful of the choices that you make. Be conscious and prepare. Meditate. Prepare your mind, prepare your body, and prepare your soul. Ask for the Ascended Masters to cleanse your soul, your mind, your body.
Remember to always ask your guides and Ascended Masters to assist you in your journey.
In this process of Ascension, that is what the Ascended Masters are here for. They are here at this time at this great time in our universe where we are ascending as a planet, as a universe. We are changing, this is what the grand plan is and this is why you are here at this time. You chose to be here. There are souls leaving and returning almost immediately because they wish to be a part of this wondrous time in the creation.
This is a new creation. We are creating it dear ones, we will create our reality. Realize that. You already create your reality. When the world comes crashing around you and the energies get crazy around you, we know that it is difficult in your human bodies to handle this energy. It’s time to be strong. Time to be in control of yourself, listen to your higher self as it speaks to you and guides you. It will never fail you; it only speaks to you of higher knowledge and only asks of you things that are for your highest good. If those messages are not seemingly for your highest good and of high creativity, this may be the denser energies of your ego entering. Choose to not allow these or give these thoughts or images any power.
Remember, you create your reality, what you think, what you feel, is what you get, and that is that. Perhaps it’s time to think about that a while. Are you happy in your situation? Did you create the situation? Think about the ways that you thought this reality into being. Even if you are having a wonderful reality, recognize that you created it. Be in touch with your higher self. This is what we are here for. What we have come to learn, we want to learn who our soul is, who our higher self is, what we are here for. It is important to learn who we are and why we are here. This is our mission this is why we are here. It is why you are here dear ones.
Each individual soul has a special mission that is a part of the whole, of the unity consciousness. It is all these thoughts, all these beings, all these souls that will create this new creation. All of this higher frequency. This higher frequency does not allow for the denser energies, it is uncomfortable and cannot live in the higher energy. When you Ascend you leave behind the denser energies. Dear ones this will not be difficult because you will be experiencing such joy and love beyond your imagination as you will be experiencing bliss. This is the way it once was. We humans created the illusion of what our reality is at this time, and we created the denser energies. It is time, it is time.
